By accessing or using kainosempowerment.com (the "Site") or enrolling in any program, course, coaching service, or purchasing any product offered through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

K&D Wade Enterprises LLC, d/b/a Kainos Empowerment ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") owns and operates the Site and provides coaching, courses, workshops, digital products, and related resources (collectively, the "Services").

We offer faith-based coaching, workshops, online courses, digital products (including eBooks and downloadable resources), and related content. Specific offerings, formats, and pricing are described at the point of purchase or enrollment.

Registration for coaching or courses requires your full name, email address, and phone number. Your spot is secured upon completed enrollment for the specific program and duration selected. Transfers to other dates, sessions, or individuals are not permitted unless expressly agreed by us in writing.

Digital products (eBooks, downloads, and other materials) are licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use. Upon purchase, you receive access to the product as described; the enrollment and transfer terms in Section 4 apply to courses and coaching, not to one-time product purchases, except where stated.

Kainos Empowerment is a coaching and consulting practice intended for educational, informational, and spiritual growth purposes only. While Darla is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and has completed Ramsey Solutions' Financial Coach Master Training, she is not a CPA, attorney, licensed financial advisor, or investment advisor, and the Services provided do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or mental-health advice. The information presented should not be construed as professional counsel, and clients are encouraged to consult their own qualified professionals regarding their specific financial, legal, tax, or health situations. Coaching is not a substitute for licensed therapy or medical care. Past results are not indicative of future performance, and we make no guarantee of any specific outcome.

All content on the Site and within our Services — including text, blog posts, course materials, eBooks, graphics, logos, and the book How to Care for Them Without Losing Yourself — is the property of K&D Wade Enterprises LLC, d/b/a Kainos Empowerment, or its licensors, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. Purchasing a product or enrolling in a program grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own use only.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to: misuse or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; disrupt or interfere with the Site's operation or security; use the Site to transmit harmful, unlawful, or infringing content; or use our content in violation of Section 8. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, K&D Wade Enterprises LLC, d/b/a Kainos Empowerment, and its owners and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services, or your reliance on any content provided. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or program giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

We reserve the right to adjust content, schedules, or delivery methods to ensure quality. In circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including illness, technical failures, or other force-majeure events — we reserve the right to modify the format or schedule of any program. Provided the content is delivered in some reasonable form, no refunds will be issued on that basis.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described there. Access to participant data is restricted to essential personnel only.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and/or federal courts located in Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
