K&D Wade Enterprises LLC, d/b/a Kainos Empowerment ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") owns and operates kainosempowerment.com and all related services (collectively, the "Site").   • From service providers acting on our behalf (payment processors, email platforms, analytics vendors).

5.1 No Third-Party Marketing Use

We do not sell, rent, license, share, or otherwise disclose any Personal Information to other companies for their own marketing or advertising purposes.

5.2 General Disclosure Rules

We disclose PI only to:

  • Service Providers/Processors –e.g., our hosting provider, Stripe (payments). Each is bound by a written contract limiting use to the services we request and forbidding onward disclosure.
  • Government authoritiesor courts when required by law.

5.3 International Transfers

Where service providers are outside the U.S., transfers occur only under an approved mechanism (Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework). Consumer data will not be transferred to any external organisation for its own purposes under any circumstances—even with consent.

Identity verification is required. We respond within the timeframe set by applicable law.

8. Data Retention

We keep PI only as long as necessary for the purposes in Section 4 (typically seven years for legal/tax requirements) and then securely delete or irreversibly anonymise it.

We never share your email address with third parties for their own marketing.

12. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their PI. Parents may request deletion by contacting us.

Material changes will be announced by email and a prominent Site banner 30 days before they take effect. Please review this page periodically.
