K&D Wade Enterprises LLC, d/b/a Kainos Empowerment(“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) owns and operates kainosempowerment.com and all related services (collectively, the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information that can identify or be linked to you (“Personal Information” or “PI”).

• From      service providers acting on our behalf (payment processors, email/SMS      platforms, analytics vendors).

5. Data Sharing & Transfer Policy

5.1 No Third-Party Marketing Use

We do not sell, rent, license, share, or otherwise disclose any Personal Information—including mobile numbers or SMS opt-in status—to other companies for their own marketing or advertising purposes.

5.2 Mobile Opt-In Confidentiality

Your mobile telephone number and the explicit consent you give to receive SMS messages are treated as Sensitive Personal Information.

• No      Sharing or Selling – We will never sell, trade, or share your      mobile number, opt-in status, or message data with any other company for any     purpose.
• No      Disclosure to Third Parties – Mobile data is disclosed only to our      contracted SMS gateway (e.g., Twilio) solely to deliver the messages you      requested. That provider is contractually prohibited from any further use      or disclosure.
• Opt-Out      Assurance – Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any SMS to      cease all texts. We will immediately honour the request and send one final      confirmation.

5.3 General Disclosure Rules

We disclose PI only to:

1. Service      Providers/Processors—e.g., GoDaddy (hosting), Stripe or Square      (payments), Mailchimp (email). Each is bound by a written contract      limiting use to the services we request and forbidding onward disclosure.
2. Government      authorities or courts when required by law.
3. Emergency      situations to protect vital interests (e.g., prevent fraud or harm).

5.4 International Transfers

Where service providers are outside the U.S., transfers occur only under an approved mechanism (Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework). Consumer data will not be transferred to any external organisation for its own purposes under any circumstances—even with consent.

8. Data Retention

We keep PI only as long as necessary for the purposes in Section 4 (typically seven years for legal/tax requirements) and then securely delete or irreversibly anonymise it.

9. Security Measures

If a breach likely to pose risk occurs, we will notify affected users without undue delay and within legally required timelines.

11. Marketing Communications & Opt-Out

• Email     – Compliant with CAN-SPAM; each email contains a one-click Unsubscribe     processed within 10 business days.
• SMS/Text     – Compliant with TCPA/CTIA; to stop messages, reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE.      Opt-out is immediate and permanent unless you later opt in again.
• We never     share your email address or mobile number with third parties for their own      marketing.

12. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their PI. Parents may request deletion by contacting us.

13. Changes to This Policy

Material changes will be announced by email and a prominent Site banner 30 days before they take effect. Please review this page periodically.
